Parent's Class

If you are the parent of a child who trains at the Academy you now have the option of coming to our all new Parent's martial arts class. This will take place on Saturdays conveniently after the Kid's classes from 12-1pm, talk to reception if you would like to give it a go.

Training martial arts is a great way to:

  • Manage your weight

  • Relieve stress

  • Gain confidence

  • Learn to look after yourself

  • Develop great health

  • Have fun

  • Make great new friends

The classes will include elements of Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu jitsu and MMA along with general exercise training. While you will get a good workout the classes will not be overly exerting and will have a fairly relaxed atmosphere. You will learn some of the latest martial arts and self defense techniques in a fun environment without having to worry about turning up to work on Monday with a black eye.

Train with like minded people, want to learn current, realistic martial arts techniques, combine a lot of different skills, learn how to look after yourself, learn take downs, throws, striking, submissions, grappling control
