The N.A.S.T.I.- Self Defence Course is a Reality Based Self Defence System, developed from real life experiences, that trains you to master your fears when facing the real threat of an attacker or mugger and respond, if necessary, with a fierce, powerful and focused attack that will neutralize and destroy the toughest of assailants - tactics that will give you the greatest chance of survival when confronted with a life threatening do or die situation.
